We want you to feel confident shopping with Rich Remedies. If something isn't right, please review the guidelines below before sending an item back.

Eligible items can be returned or exchanged within 14 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return or exchange, items must be:

Items that show signs of wear, washing, stains, odors, damage, or alterations will not be accepted.

Certain hygiene items may be Final Sale.

All sale and clearance items are Final Sale, unless otherwise stated.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received was incorrect or damaged.

For international orders, customers are also responsible for applicable return shipping costs, customs duties, and other related fees.

Once an approved return is received and inspected, an eligible refund will be issued to the original payment method.

Please allow the applicable processing time for your payment provider to reflect the refund.

If you receive an incorrect or damaged item, please contact Rich Remedies so the issue can be reviewed.

Rich Remedies reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet the requirements outlined above.
